About Ernest Tubb
Ernest Dale Tubb (February 9, 1914 – September 6, 1984), was an American singer, songwriter, and musician. Tubb is a pioneer of country music, and his 1941 song, "Walking the Floor Over You", marked the rise of the honky-tonk style of music.
